EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hole joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is an Operating Partner in the Special Situations team in Bain Capital’s Syndey office, working with companies to build their value creation capabilities. Prior to joining Bain Capital Mr. Hole was a strategy and transformation executive at Westpac. Previously Mr. Hole was a Senior Director at Simon Kucher and Partners.
EDUCATION
Mr. Hole received an MBA from Stanford University and Bachelors of Engineering and Science from the University of Sydney.
