EXPERIENCE
Mr. Madden joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Vice President in the European Special Situations team focusing on corporate investments. Prior to his current role, Mr. Madden was based in Bain Capital’s Sydney office covering Asian Special Situations opportunities. Previously, Mr. Madden worked for Macquarie Group in the Investment Banking Division in Sydney where he advised companies on M&A and financing transactions, mostly in the industrials and energy sector.
EDUCATION
Mr. Madden received a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charter holder.
