EXPERIENCE
Ms. Xiao joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is the Associate General Counsel for Asia Special Situations based in Bain Capital’s Hong Kong office. Previously, Ms. Xiao worked as the assistant general counsel for MBK Partners, where her work focused on special situations and private equity investments in the north Asia region.
EDUCATION
Ms. Xiao received a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA from University of California, Berkeley.
